Mud Bay County Park

Calm and protected Mud Bay is a great place for a paddle. You can easily launch your kayak here and if you can carry your motorboat you can launch it too. The small sandy beach is especially lovely in the evening. The wide mud flats of the bay are a great place to go clamming. Just be sure to get a license and make sure the tide is right. The Park is off Mud Bay Road at the end of Mud Bay Dock Road. From the Village head east on Hummel Lake Road, and take a right on Center Road. This will change into Mud Bay Road. Mud Bay Dock Road will be to your left soon after the gas station.
