One of the many things that adds to the charm and appeal of the San Juan Islands is their commitment to managing and caring for the land around them.  Lopez Island farmers are excellent stewards of their land, and cultivate their bounty with a focus on sustainable practices.  While on Lopez, visitors can immerse themselves in farm life, participating in u-pick fruits, purchasing farm raised fruits, vegetables and meat straight from the source, and touring the properties of these beautiful farms!  There are also opportunities to stay on property and be surrounded by the stunning landscape for the entirety of your visit!
