For more than 33 years, Holly B’s Bakery has plied Lopez residents and visitors with brioche and croissants, cinnamon rolls and scones, danishes and muffins, cookies, bars, and many varieties of bread. Although the mix of offerings changes from season to season, and year to year, we have baked a number of items consistently from our beginnings. Our younger islanders — bakery patrons since they were old enough to grasp a chocolate cookie — have grown up accustomed to finding certain bakery items on the shelves, day after day, early April through late November.
