Fisherman Bay Sewer District

FBSD is dedicated to providing top-level sewer service to our customers while protecting the public health, the waters, and the environment of Lopez Island, Fisherman Bay, and the Salish Sea. As a public utility, FBSD operates under the authority of Title 57 of the Revised Code of Washington and, as a special purpose district, is subject to Federal, State, and local regulations.
